smallvilleThis season, a fan favorite from Smallville's past returned for a season finale that brought back memories of some of the great finales of the past -- some of which were also directed by this year's Favorite Director winner Greg Beeman.

Beeman's episode was a season finale that looked and felt, well, "super." And hey - how many other directors would spoil us on the morning before the episode has aired, even if it was an accident? Please feel free to come back any time you'd like, Mr. Beeman.

Greg Beeman came in first place with an overwhelming 44% of the vote.

Coming in second place for Favorite Director, with 29%, is some guy named Tom Welling that we're not sure we've heard of. It is said that he directed hour #2 of "Absolute Justice."

Rounding out the Top Three was the man who gave us the first hour of "Absolute Justice" as well as "Idol" and "Hostage," Glen Winter.
