Rosenbaum is interviewed in the January 9 issue of TV
Guide which hits newsstands on Thursday.
In
the interview, Michael talks a bit about the new Jan. 12 episode
"Fanatic" and what is coming up as Lex Luthor embraces
his dark side.
Here
are some highlights:

Why is Lex embracing the dark side? "He feels that if you
have enough money and power, you can pretty much control anyone."

About "Fanatic": "It's amazing what these people
will do for Lex. One supporter is so devoted that she shaves her
head to impress Lex. I'm all about the Sinead O'Connor look, but..
[laughs]"

Michael conveniently doesn't directly answer the question of whether
or not James Marsters is returning later this season. "We
have about 10 episodes left to film this season, so things will
probably heat up in the last five or six."

Of course, Michael does NOT reveal who dies in Episode #100.
The
