KryptonSite has received studio confirmation that Degrassi: The Next Generation fan favorite Stacey Farber has been cast on Superman & Lois in the recurring role of “Leslie Larr,” and the official character description might reveal some spoilers for what we can expect on the show.
Leslie is described as “the right hand to one of the most influential people on the planet, she’s gone from a young, idealistic dreamer to a hardened, world-worn dream killer.” It is also noted that she is “athletic, strong… and often times heartless.” There isn’t a Leslie Larr in the comic books, but there was a “Lesla-Lar” character in Pre-Crisis DC Comics stories who was a foe of Supergirl’s who came from Kandor.
Stacey Farber is best known internationally for her role as “Ellie Nash” on Degrassi: The Next Generation. Her character was one of the show’s most prominent and beloved characters at the height of the show’s popularity abroad. Beyond the United States and Canada, all of Stacey’s Degrassi episodes continue to air on TV and online in over 140 countries. Post-Degrassi, Farber appeared in many popular series including Grace and Frankie (Netflix), Schitt’s Creek (Pop TV/CBC), Chicago Justice (NBC), The Brave (NBC), Ryan Hanson Solves Crimes on TV (YouTube Red), Animal Kingdom (TNT), and UnReal (Lifetime).
She also starred in the half-hour comedy 18 to Life which aired on The CW (and also starred Supergirl’s Jesse Rath!) in addition to CBC as well as the medical drama Saving Hope which starred Smallville’s “Lois Lane” Erica Durance. Most recently, Stacey was a series lead on CBC’s Diggstown.
Splitting her time between Los Angeles and Vancouver, Stacey Farber is represented by A3 Artists Agency, The Characters Talent Agency and Silver Lining Entertainment.
We do not know how many episodes of Superman & Lois Season 1 Stacey Farber will be appearing in, but we do hear she will be making her first appearance in the series’ second episode (episode title still unknown at this time). Superman & Lois is scheduled to premiere in January 2021 on The CW.

fun fact, one of the other stars in 18 to Life (which Stacey was in) was Jesse Rath
That's so cool! I've just updated the article to mention that. I had no idea - but I'm so glad Stacey will be on Superman & Lois. Really loved her on Degrassi.
I understand this is a Supergirl villain from the comics. I wonder if she will also appear in Supergirl for a possible crossover.
Who cares
Clearly, you do, if you took the time to comment.
