Superman: Legacy Casts Sara Sampaio as Miss Teschmacher

Another day, another piece of Superman: Legacy casting news… today, Deadline has revealed that actress Sara Sampaio has been cast as Tess Mer– err, Eve Teschmacher in the upcoming Superman film. Miss Teschmacher as seen in the classic movies (and even on Supergirl) was a close associate of Lex Luthor’s. Valerie Perrine and Andrea Brooks are two of the actors we have seen in the role in the past.

Sara Sampaio’s previous credits include At Midnight. She joins David Corenswet, Rachel Brosnahan, and Nicholas Hoult in the film which will be directed by James Gunn of Guardians of the Galaxy fame. Superman: Legacy is targeted for a July 11, 2025 release.
