While she awaits her trial early next year, the actress who played “Chloe Sullivan” on Smallville has been given permission to attend school and church, according to a report by RADAR Online.
Allison Mack had been under house detention with an ankle monitor while awaiting trial; now, Mack will be allowed to leave the house for these activities, though the rest of her bail requirements will remain in full force.
“Allison has been given permission by the prosecution to take classes – philosophy, literature – at a local junior college,” RADAR’s source told them. It sounds like Allison’s college courses could start within a week.
Some are worried that Allison’s release to do these things could have a negative effect.
“It’s going to spook her former slaves who are just starting to get comfortable being out of the cult,” one of RADAR’s sources told them about the notion of her being out in the world. “It’s more than ridiculous, it is dangerous. You’re innocent until proven guilty, but these are charges that could bring a life sentence. Allison should really be sitting in prison,” they said.
With all that said, Allison’s family is sticking by her. “Allison’s parents don’t believe in the charges brought against her and neither do her attorneys,” a RADAR source said.
Allison is accused of being part of a “sex cult” called NXIVM that recruited, branded and abused women.

Makes you wonder how many American Teens she can rope and brand! (I hope that's the right phrase, from England so apologies). Amazed the Judge allowed Allison Mack to go out. She is not that dangerous to others but she is a horrible person. Who on their right mind is going to be polite to her when at college? It could be your daughter who fell into the trap and now she gets to roam free amongst young women. Perhaps Keith knows he's off to jail (that word I know is correct!) so Allison is rounding up some cattle to visit him whilst he grows old and grey inside.
Makes you wonder if his lawyers are Masters! So glad England has bo weirdos like this. Well there was Jimmy Saville!
She will get what's coming to her I trust and believe Karma will find her wherever she is and that will be that. You can't go around doing what she did to innocent women and young ladies and not suffer a big dose of karma so if I was her I would be looking over my shoulder because she ruined an awful lot of lives...
