Smallville Actor Julian Sands Is Missing

Actor Julian Sands, who played Jor-El in the Smallville episodes “Kandor” and “Abandoned,” has gone missing after hiking in the Mt. Baldy area of Southern California. His family reported the actor missing last Friday; he is now 65 years old.

Weather in Southern California has been especially rainy as of late and the severe weather on the mountain, which is even worse, has made matters more difficult. More than a dozen rescue missions have been undertaken in that area in the past month; very few have been successful due to the weather.

You can read more about the situation here. In the meantime, our strongest wishes and hopes are that he is found safe and reunited with his family.
