Justin
Hartley & Michael Cassidy Land CW Pilots
Both
Justin Hartley (Green Arrow) and Michael
Cassidy (Grant Gabriel) will be doing pilots
for potential series for next season on The CW.
Today
it was announced that Justin is going to be part
of a medical series called Austin Golden Hour.
Yes, this means no Green Arrow. While we wish
the best for Justin, it's really sad that the
network didn't sign him for the
series he really should be doing.
Meanwhile,
Michael Cassidy is signed to play the role of
a nanny's boyfriend on a show called How To
Teach Filthy Rich Girls. How many shows about
rich girls does the CW need? Anyway... congrats
to both Michael and Justin on their new gigs.

Kreuk Addresses Her Smallville Future
Kristin
Kreuk (Lana) addressed her fans via her online
Facebook
profile regarding her future on the show, from
the rest of Season 7 to beyond. Here's what she
had to say:
Hey
Team...
So,
I thought I would give those of you curious
about Smallville a brief debrief. I am in Bangkok
for a few more months. So, no shooting of the
Ville for me. I will return for a undetermined,
although small, number of episodes in season
8.
I
am not really opening up the floor for lots
of discussion, because it is not really the
place for it. Obviously I have loved my time
on the show, but I am equally as thrilled to
move on to new endeavors. One of which is very
dear to me, and that is GBD [Girls
By Design].
So thank you all for your really fabulous support
and passion!!! I hope this clears up most of
the questions...
xoxo

It
Appears We Have Our Patricia Swann...
The
official website of actress Gina Holden
has revealed that she has recently booked a role
on Smallville which began filming this
week. As the episode "Traveler" is now
shooting, that makes it VERY likely that Holden
is playing the role of Patricia Swann, daughter
of Dr. Virgil Swann from the show's early seasons.
Holden
already has a Smallville connection, too,
as she plays the love interest of one time "Whitney"
Eric Johnson on the SciFi Channel's Flash Gordon
series.
We
don't know yet how many episodes will feature
Patricia, but "Traveler" will be the
character's first appearance.
