Melissa Benoist Books A New Movie

We’re starting to think she might really be Supergirl: Deadline has announced that Melissa Benoist will be starring alongside Outlander’s Sam Heughan in the feature film Oxford.

Here’s how it is described:

Soon after arriving at Oxford U, an American Rhodes Scholar student falls for an arrogant teaching assistant who is quietly fighting terminal cancer. When she finds out the reason he is so standoffish, they make the most of each day, traveling the world together.

You can read the Deadline article that broke this news here. Hopefully this is something that Melissa can film in her off time and won’t conflict with Supergirl!
