Is Supergirl Killing [SPOILER?]

A big spoiler may have crept into the official network description for Supergirl Episode 6, “Red Faced.”

In one excerpt, it says this:

“Alex enlists Winn to look into her father’s mysterious death.”

Is Supergirl killing Dr. Jeremiah Danvers, played by Dean Cain? He is mysteriously absent in the present-day Episode 5 photos, though of course, he could always do flashbacks…
