“30 Days and 30 Nights” is the title of the March 29 episode of Superman & Lois, airing TONIGHT on The CW, and we have a special treat for KryptonSite readers: An exclusive clip from the episode where Natalie (Tayler Buck) has a talk with her father John (Wolé Parks) about the notion that he seems to have moved on from remembering the anniversary of her mother’s death. It’s a poignant and very well done scene that is but one of the highlights from tonight’s show.

Lastly, Natalie (Tayler Buck) and Sarah wonder if they notice a spark between John Henry (Wolé Parks) and Lana. Tyler Hoechlin, Dylan Walsh, Erik Valdez and Sofia Hasmik also star.
