"Cheaper By The Dozen" Fan Thoughts!
While the general release of Tom Welling's new movie "Cheaper By The Dozen" isn't until Christmas, some fans were able to see preview screenings that were held on November 28. Here's what a few of them had to say:

S. Williams says: "Tom Welling's part wasn't as big as I think everyone hopes but the movie was still awesome. Obviously, if anyone has been paying attention to the trailers of the film, you know that Tom Welling plays one of the 12 kids.
Tom and Kate Baker (Steve Martin and Bonnie Hunt) are high school sweethearts who ended getting married and, as I said before, have 12 kids. They are the closet family in the world living in the small town of Midland, Illinois and the fact that everyday is chaos within the household just isn't that much of a bad thing. The oldest kid, Nora Baker 22 (played by Piper Perabo: Coyote Ugly) is the only one to have already moved out. She's already starting her life in Chicago with advertising with her boyfriend Ashton Kutcher, who is so funny in this movie. The Parents both have big dreams, which by some miracle happens in like a day. Tom Baker has always wanted to coach football for the Illinois Polytechnic University "Stallions" and is one day offered the job. This forces the whole family to move to Chicago where the kids just don't fit in with their surrondings. Kate Baker finished writing a book called "Cheaper By The Dozen," which finally gets published, BUT results in her having a book tour that requires her to leave for 2 week. This is the longest she's been away from the kids. Tom Welling plays Charlie Baker, who leaves his girlfriend behind in Midland. He absolutely hates his new home, his school, and most of all, his dad. He gets to the point where he's tired of his dad's lies and controlling behavior that he runs away but to Midland and his girlfriend, Beth. I don't want to give too much away but the over all big picture revolves around 9 year old Mark Baker who feels he doesn't fit in with the family because he's always left out and suddenly the family is being torn apart by the parent's dreams, which they will have to choose between at the end. I'm not going to lie, this movie was awesome in my opinion. It's definately family-oriented. It's really funny in the beginning with all the trouble the kids get into. But the once you get the true plot of the story, it is so sad. A lot of people left the theater with tears in their eyes. I promise, this movie has a good ending of course, cause what Steve Martin movie doesn't? So, Go See it! December 25, 2003"

Chloe says: "I saw Cheaper by the Dozen tonight and it was great. This a movie for the whole family to see, everyone in the movie was great...Nonstop laughter from start to finish. Can't wait until Christmas Day to see it again..."

If you saw "CBTD" and would like to share your opinions, send us an e-mail! And of course, see the movie when it is released on December 25! Once you get past the fact that the main character is named "Tom Baker" yet doesn't make any mention of a liking for jelly babies, it sounds like a lot of fun.
