 Let me get something out of the way and sort of apologize here: For a good part of Smallville's run, I can see where people might have thought that Lana Lang was KryptonSite's punching bag.
I feel a little bad for that, because even if one had issues with Lana, and her always questioning about "secrets" and "lies," Kristin Kreuk is by far one of the nicest people you'd ever meet. I also admit, watching older episodes now, there's a comfortability to Lana as a part of the show, and I think I'd seriously miss her if there was an alternate-universe version of the show without her.
Well guess what? Lana Lang isn't KryptonSite's punching bag any more, as the whiny, flip-flopping, cupcake-making Cat Grant was voted Least Favorite Character in all of Smallville. Over 25% of voters seemed to think so, at least.
Second place? Well... it was Lana, with 16%. But we still love you, Kristin.
