The Aquaman Pilot Is On iTunes!!!
Here's some news that some of you may like...

The pilot episode to the Aquaman TV series by Smallville creators Alfred Gough and Miles Millar has made its way to the land of legal downloading, on iTunes! For $1.99 you can see this special pilot starring Justin Hartley as A.C. Sadly it won't become a series, but the more people download it, the more likely it'll be that the CW people will regret not picking it up. :-)

Click here to legally download it!!!!

BIG thanks to Mr. Taylor for the tip!

UPDATE: Apple has issued a press release about a deal between iTunes and Warner Bros. to distribute programming, including the Aquaman pilot. Click here to read it!

And here were some later updates posted regarding the iTunes release:

Aquaman Pilot: #1 TV Show Video On iTunes!!!
Customers of iTunes are heavily downloading the pilot episode to the Aquaman TV series by Smallville creators Alfred Gough and Miles Millar.

Aquaman crept up the charts of the most downloaded TV show videos on iTunes, and at last glance, hit the #1 spot. Not bad for a pilot that the CW decided not to go forward with as a series! Fan reaction at places like the KryptonSite/AquamanTV Forum has been favorable, and word of mouth should keep A.C. at the #1 spot for a few more days.

E! Online has posted an article about the pilot's success and how it is yet another example of online sampling creating a hit. Click here to read that article, titled "Aquaman Going Swimmingly On iTunes."

The pilot stars future Smallville guest Justin Hartley.

If you haven't already, click here to legally download it! If you like it, spread the word! The more downloads, the better!

L.A. Times Notes Aquaman Success
Following the iTunes success of the Aquaman TV pilot by Smallville creators Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, and a recurring plotline on Entourage, now there's talk that the character may become a film next, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The L.A. Times article makes note of the Aquaman appearance on Smallville last season being the highest-rated of the year, and features some quotes from Alfred Gough about the ill-fated TV pilot.
