Grimm star and husband to Bitsie Tulloch, David Giuntoli, is the director of the third episode of Superman & Lois Season 4. The title of the episode is “Always My Hero” and it airs on Monday, October 14. Trust, you are not ready for this one. And, hey, look…. John Henry and Nat are back! Here’s the description:

Season four of SUPERMAN & LOIS picks up right where last season left off: with Superman (Tyler Hoechlin) and Luthor’s monster locked in a ferocious, moon-wrecking battle, as Clark (Tyler Hoechlin) fights for his life against the seemingly unstoppable creature. The CW has released promotional photos for the second episode of Superman & Lois Season 4. The episode is called “A World Without” and we can probably surmise from the latest trailer that it’s about a world without Superman. Returning cast members making their first Season 4 appearances in this episode include Emmanuelle Chriqui and Inde Navarrette. The CW today released a new trailer for Superman & Lois Season 4 containing some clips that we had not yet seen before, including a dead Superman in the street and Lex Luthor in armor! Needless to say it’s full of spoilers, and as a plus, almost all of the cast members who were no longer series regulars are in the trailer, showing us that they are still very present in the fourth and final season.
