"Poor Lois. All work and no personality."

Tracy Scoggins was born on November 13, 1959 in Dickinson, Texas.

After studying speech communications and physical education at Southwest Texas Sate, Tracy was working as a Phys Ed teacher when she got the opportunity to do a modeling job. Her career with the Elite Modeling Agency skyrocketed to the point that she became a well-known and in-demand model in Europe, touring Italy, Germany and France. She then returned to the United States and began to study acting at the Wynn Hannman Studio and the Herbert Berghoff Studio. Her early television credits include appearances on "The Dukes of Hazzard," "The A-Team," and "Dynasty."

Tracy was cast as Cat Grant during the first season of "Lois & Clark." Cat was a gossip columnist who was often at odds with Lois and in hot pursuit of Clark Kent. When Tracy's contract was up at the end of the first season, she chose not to return. Her final episode was "Fly Hard," and no explanation was ever given on the show as to why the character had suddenly disappeared, although earlier drafts of the "Barbarians at the Planet" script reveal that Cat was originally going to run off with her ex-husband.

After "L&C," Tracy joined the cast of "Babylon 5" as Captain Elizabeth Lochley. She also appeared in two "Dallas" reunion movies. Some of her film credits include "Dangerous Toys," "Deep Space," "Dangerous Company" and "Timebomb." Tracy has just completed work on the soon-to-be released horror film "Hellborn."
