Al Gough Interview Preview!

KryptonSite has been fortunate enough to interview Smallville Executive Producer Alfred Gough about the final episodes of Smallville Season Two. Here's a preview of some things he had to say. Hopefully we'll have the full interview up shortly! Of course, spoilers are below...

• The "Voice of Jor-El" is in the final two episodes of Season Two, and he will be voiced by an actor that Superman fans will surely be excited to hear.
• Gough said that he and Miles Millar did regret letting the cat out of the bag about Lois Lane being the cousin of Chloe Sullivan, but now that it's out there, it's out there. Lois Lane is indeed Chloe's cousin, and any rumors that the plans may have changed are untrue.
• Pete, Jonathan, and Martha will definitely be in on the secret by the end of Season Two. As for anyone else, Al's not telling.
• Many questions will be answered and new ones will be raised in the season finale. Like last season, the finale will leave many cliffhangers. However, don't look for Season 3 to pick up right where Season 2 left off -- some time will elapse.
• Gough's favorite episodes of Season Two included "Lineage," "Insurgence," and "Rosetta." He also was very impressed with Tom Welling's performance in "Red."
• Christopher Reeve was fantastic as Dr. Swann, but don't look for him to return on the show until next season.
• Emmanuelle Vaugier (Dr. Bryce) was another favorite guest star this year.
• No, Martha does not work for Lionel Luthor anymore. That job ended with "Suspect."
• Bruce Wayne is definitely something that they want to do during Season Three, and there have been talks with DC Comics about the prospect.
