You'd think that with missing most of
the last five episodes of Season Seven,
and the fact that Kristin Kreuk won't
be a series regular next year, people
would be over the Lana hate, but nope.
Lana
Lang took the title of Least Favorite
Character for the second year in a row,
ending up with 31% of the 8,673
votes cast.
Maybe
it was the video goodbye, echoing what
she did to Whitney years ago before the
poor guy died... or maybe it was the whole
shacking up with Bizarro thing... but,
ouch. Either way, Kristin Kreuk did a
great and believable job with the material
she was given... it's almost as though
we were meant to dislike Lana for her
actions last season.
Coming
in second place was another thankless
role... that of Grant Gabriel. All of
this guy's actions just screamed "I
can't stand this guy," despite, again,
a good performance by Michael Cassidy.
Next time the Daily Planet needs an editor,
let's hope they bring Pauline Kahn back...
or, even better, Perry White. Grant had
27% of the vote.
