Bruce Wayne Comes To Smallville!
While there has been a lot of discussion about the May 20 second season finale of Smallville, titled "Exodus," one major detail had not leaked. And boy, is it a big one. KryptonSite is happy to announce that a special guest star from the DC Universe will be appearing in the episode.

Ian Somerhalder (Rules of Attraction, Young Americans) has been cast in the role of young Bruce Wayne -- yes, the future Batman -- in the episode. Unfortunately, even if the episode is a success, don't look for it to become a spinoff -- Ian is already signed to appear in another WB series this fall titled Fearless, and the Warner Bros. movie division is still adamant that Bruce Wayne is theirs, even though they've done nothing with the character since 1997.

Click here for more details about Ian, and to take a look at some images from the episode!

Annette O'Toole Birthday Fraud!
There may be another skeleton in the Smallville closet...

Recent reports reveal that Annette O'Toole's birthday is actually not today, April 1st, but rather, it is sometime in October.

For more speculation on the birthday scandal, click here.

Gough & Millar Change Their Minds?
Despite claiming this would never happen, it appears that Season Three of Smallville will have two important changes - - one, Clark will be flying, and two, the costume will be making an appearance! To see a photo, look to your left. Note that the "S" is the Kryptonian symbol for the letter "S," first seen in "Rosetta."

The news was revealed at the Bi-Mon-Sci-Fi-Con in Springfield last month.

Pete Ross: Pitchman To The Stars
Many fans have noticed that Pete Ross, played by Sam Jones III, is constantly plugging the new Talon Mix or "Yeah, Remy Zero!"

Warner Bros. has seen this as an opportunity to make the character a regular pitch man. For a fee of $50,000 per episode, Pete will be wearing the logos of whatever company is willing to pay.

For more details on the sponsors, click here.

Taran Noah Smith Appears In "Calling"
As if Jonathan Taylor Thomas in "Dichotic" and Zachery Ty Bryan in "Wtiness" weren't enough... we have learned that Taran Noah Smith, who played youngest son Mark in Home Improvement, will be appearing on the May 13 episode of Smallvile, titled "Calling."

Rumor has it that the powers that be are trying to also cast Tim Allen for the role of Jonathan Kent's cousin, a role that was originally offered to but turned down by Tom Wopat. For more information about this casting move, click here.

Chloe Sullivan Spinoff A Go
Special thanks to: The Couch Review

Rory Gilmore's ex-boyfriend Jess isn't the only one getting a spinoff during the 2003-2004 season.

The WB has ordered six episodes of Chloe Sullivan: Girl Friday, a series starring Allison Mack as Chloe Sullivan as she heads back to Metropolis and faces the trials and tribulations of a city girl who juggles school and a job at the Daily Planet.

"We are very excited for this show," spokesman Kevin Flargbaum told the Couch Review website. However, he added that if the Chloe series does not take off, Allison can and will return to Smallville. The pilot for Friday is said to be written by two popular writers of Smallville who declined to comment for this story.

Filling the spot for alternate love interest on Smallville may be a new girl in town named Lori. She's described as an attractive redhead with very interesting legs.

KryptonSite Becomes KristinSite
We have decided that covering the entire whole of Smallville has gotten old, and that beginning tomorrow, this site will be devoted entirely to Kristin Kreuk.

Renamed KristinSite, the site will now have news and spoilers with a Lana-flavored bias. Everyone in the town of Smallville loves Lana, so why shouldn't we.
